The LB Rewards Scheme (the Scheme) terms and conditions
By applying for an LB Rewards Card (the Card) and using the Card, you are accepting, and agreeing with, the following terms and conditions.
Data Protection, Jurisdiction & Applicable law
TLB Consultancy Ltd (TLB) is registered with the Information Commissioners Office, as required under the data protection act, to ensure we safely handle any data that we collect, in compliance with the relevant law. All information collected will be held in a standalone database, inaccessible to any third parties and we will never share or sell your data.
Rewards cards can only be issued to, and utilised by, UK residents who are over the age of 18 and any dispute arising in connection with the scheme, from either party, will be resolved under English law.
The data we collect during registration for the Scheme is:
First & Last Name
This is to identify the Cardholder.
Email address
This is to communicate changes or alterations to the Scheme or to inform the Cardholder of special offers of events.
Date of Birth – Month & Year only
This is to ensure the Cardholder is over 18 years of age and in order to send any special offers relating to the Cardholders birthday.
Postcode
This is to ensure the Cardholder is a UK resident.
The Scheme
The Card, which remains the property of TLB at all times, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions unless they are specified as being part of the LB Rewards Scheme. TLB reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Card and/or the Scheme without any notification.
The Card will accrue points for every whole pound spent in the Leather Bottle Bar & Restaurant. The number of points per whole pound will be determined from time to time and may be adjusted to coincide with special offers.
Points can be collected on bar food & drinks and restaurant food & drinks and redeemed on bar food & drinks and restaurant food & drinks. TLB reserves the right to exclude particular products or lines from the Scheme. Please note that points cannot be earned for charity donations or the purchase of a gift card or cards. All other purchases will be qualifying purchases.
The Card must be presented at time of purchase and points cannot be added at a later date. The card and/or any points is not transferrable and can only be used by the person it was issued to.
Points do not have any independent monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The current rate of points per whole pound spent is 5.
The points may be redeemed once the total has achieved 500 or more.
The current value of redemption is 1pence per point, so when the total reaches 500 an amount of £5.00 may be redeemed off any future purchase.
